Company Introduction 公司前身平湖造纸厂，创建于1980年，1998年集体企业改制，2004年完成股份制改革，2017年1月17日成功登入上交所主板（股票代码：603165）。公司经过40多年快速发展，目前已形成生态造纸、环保热电、绿色包装、实业投资、新能源新材料五大板块。主要产品有高档牛皮箱板纸、高强瓦楞原纸、高密度纸板、电商纸板、功能化纸箱、电力、蒸汽等。公司凭借产业链优势、产品结构优势、精细化管理优势、成本优势、市场优势和服务优势，在国内包装市场处于领先地位。 为了促进企业科技进步，提高自主研发创新和成果转化能力，公司设立研发中心，引进高端人才，加大资金投入。同时积极与浙江清华长三角研究院、浙江大学、浙江科技学院、陕西科技大学等科研院所、高校进行深度合作，探索建立产学研体系。公司在加强新产品、新工艺的研发中，加快高新技术向传统产业的转移，提高技术工艺和产品标准的国际化水平。公司通过自主创新和技术合作，现有授权专利百余项，并通过二十余项省级新产品鉴定。由公司起草的“浙江制造”团体标准《高强度瓦楞芯（原）纸》成功发布并通过“品字标”认证。先后被评为国家高新技术企业、国家知识产权优势企业、浙江省科技小巨人企业等荣誉，建有省级企业研究院、省级企业技术中心、省级博士后工作站。 荣晟积极倡导循环经济，走低碳发展之路，建设环境友好型企业。公司遵循“减量化、再利用、资源化”原则，在造纸污水减排及处理、造纸污泥回用、沼气发电等方面走在行业前列或为行业首创，在提高企业竞争力的同时实现可持续发展。公司于2011年顺利通过ISO14001:2004环境管理体系认证，并先后获得国家绿色工厂、浙江省污染减排先进企业、浙江省循环经济示范企业、浙江省生态文明教育基地、嘉兴市“十一五”污染减排工作突出贡献企业、嘉兴市制造业推进绿色发展十大优秀企业、嘉兴市最具社会责任环保企业等荣誉。 公司成立至今，一直在不断投入资金，引进先进技术，提高产品质量。为进一步提升营运和管理系统，公司采用国际先进的管理技术，并推行世界级的企业资源规划系统，以求完善公司的运作。同时公司经常开展员工外派学习和企业内训活动，培养技术和管理人员，提升企业凝聚力。 诚信、创新、一丝不苟是荣晟人追求的目标，为客户提供最优质的产品是荣晟人的职责。公司董事长、总经理以海纳百川、携手共进、共展宏图的气量，吸引着国内外诸多客商和人才，全身心的真诚与合作，打造荣晟这个光辉而骄傲的航母。以关注社会的福利事业、关注环境保护、关注未来发展为己任，愿为平湖乃至浙江的经济建设和社会发展添石铺路。 面向未来，荣晟仍将坚定地朝着“百年荣晟，大爱有恒”的目标前行，科技立企、追求卓越，走出一条“创造美好生活，‘纸’求一片绿洲”的荣晟特色低碳发展之路。
