Company Introduction 日播时尚集团股份有限公司（以下简称本公司）成立于2002年4月25日，自然人王卫东和曲江亭共同出资设立上海日播服饰有限公司，注册资本为人民币1000万元，其中：王卫东以现金出资600万元，占60.00%;曲江亭以现金出资400万元，占40.00%。2012年3月30日，本公司召开股东会，同意股东王卫东将所持有的本公司48.75%股权2925万元以人民币6076.20万元的价格转让给上海日播投资控股有限公司（以下简称“日播控股”），曲江亭将所持有的本公司32.5%股权1950万元以人民币4050.80万元的价格转让给日播控股。至此，日播控股出资额4875万元，占81.25%；王卫东出资额675万元，占11.25%；曲江亭出资额450万元，占7.5%。2013年5月21日，本公司整体变更为“日播时尚服饰股份有限公司”。由上海众华沪银会计师事务所有限公司出具的众沪会字（2013)第4624号《审计报告》，本公司经审计的2013年4月30日净资产为241810386.79元，折股完成后，股份有限公司的股本总额为180000000元人民币，每股面值人民币1元，其余61810386.79元计入股份公司的资本公积。本公司于2013年6月22日取得上海市工商行政管理局核发的变更后的《企业法人营业执照》，注册号：310227000822773。2013年7月5日，本公司更名为‘“日播时尚集团股份有限公司”，于2013年9月22日换发了新的营业执照。2016年3月18日，本公司“三证合一”，取得了统一社会信用社代码为91310000738505304H号《营业执照》。截止2016年12月31日，本公司股本为人民币18000万元，与本公司注册资本一致。
