Company Introduction 公司专业从事各类工业领域中的蒸发、结晶、过滤、清洗、干燥、有机溶媒精馏等设备的研发、生产和销售，并提供系统工程解决方案，目前产品包括制药装备和节能环保设备两大系列，主要服务于制药、环保、化工、新能源等行业。 亚光股份自身主要从事制药设备的研发、设计、生产和销售。自1996年成立以来，公司先后研制出胶塞清洗机、过滤洗涤干燥机、单锥干燥/混合机等制药工艺系统核心设备，其中胶塞清洗机、过滤洗涤干燥机为国家行业标准独家起草单位。历经20多年的发展，公司不断提升研发设计能力，通过改进现有产品并推出新产品以持续满足客户需求。目前核心产品包括胶塞/铝盖清洗机及无菌转运系统、过滤洗涤干燥机、单锥干燥/混合机、API（原料药）精烘孢生产线、高效旋转精馏床等，覆盖的下游客户包括华海药业、凯莱英、合全药业、齐鲁制药、新时代药业、贝达药业、华熙生物、石药集团、江苏豪森、东北制药、甘李药业、正大天晴、海正药业、国药集团、恒瑞医药等在内的众多国内知名制药企业，并已实现对乌克兰、印度、俄罗斯等国家的出口销售。 子公司乐恒节能专业致力于蒸汽压缩机及MVR系统的研发、设计、制造及销售，是具备蒸汽压缩机自主研发设计及制造能力的高新技术企业。自成立以来，乐恒节能始终坚持掌握市场动向、打造核心技术竞争力的战略方针，自主开发了一系列蒸汽压缩机及蒸发结晶产品，包括增速箱离心式蒸汽压缩机、管道增压离心式蒸汽压缩机、高速直驱离心式蒸汽压缩机、MVR升膜蒸发器、MVR降膜蒸发器、MVR强制循环蒸发结晶器、撬装模块化MVR蒸发系统等，并为客户提供从设计、生产到安装调试工程服务的完整解决方案，广泛应用于制药、环保、化工、新能源等行业。乐恒节能2017年研发的《新型机械蒸汽再压缩系统》获得廊坊市科学技术局颁发的科技进步二等奖，2017年被河北省工业和信息化厅评为河北省“专精特新”中小企业，2019年和2021年被中共大厂回族自治县委及县人民政府授予科技创新贡献奖。 自成立以来，亚光股份凭借市场导向和前瞻性的研发驱动模式，在工业自动化设备领域不断深耕。2018年合并子公司乐恒节能之后，业务领域从制药装备行业拓宽至节能环保、新能源领域，主要产品从满足客户单一工艺需求的单体设备为主，拓展为可覆盖客户多个工艺环节需求的集成化设备，优化了客户的生产工艺流程，提高了生产效率。未来，公司将不断提升研发实力，持续开发满足客户不同生产工艺环节需求的设备，并利用多年沉淀的工业制造能力和工程设计经验，充分发挥现有设备的组合优势，为客户提供优化生产工艺流程的完整解决方案。
