| Company Introduction | 公司自设立以来，秉承自主创新、独立研发的精神，专注于精密冲压领域产品的研发、生产和销售。公司主要产品为各类精密冲压铁芯及与铁芯生产相关的精密冲压模具。 其中，精密冲压铁芯是公司的主要产品，可分为新能源汽车驱动电机铁芯、微特电机铁芯、电气设备铁芯、点火线圈铁芯等多种类型，主要供应给国内外众多大型汽车零部件厂商、电机制造厂商、电气设备制造厂商、汽车整车厂等各类企业；同时，公司还会向客户提供生产铁芯产品所需的精密冲压模具。 通过多年经营，公司在精密冲压业务领域已经积累了丰富的经验和技术储备，掌握点胶、自扣铆、氩弧焊、激光焊接等各类型铁芯的核心生产工艺，具备使用0.2mm等超薄硅钢批量生产的加工能力。在长期服务国内外一线客户的过程中，公司在铁芯产品的尺寸精度、质量稳定性以及模具开发等方面已经具备一定的经验积累和技术优势，产品已在多家国内外知名企业中实现长期批量供应。 为顺应新能源汽车驱动电机铁芯所使用的高性能硅钢片高强度、低铁损、轻薄化的特点，公司在铁芯冲压工艺基础上，自主开发模内点胶技术，使用该工艺生产的产品已顺利通过宝马集团、采埃孚的验证，并已取得相关产品定点并批量生产。2023年5月5日，华新精科与宝钢股份中央研究院硅钢研究所成立联合工作室，规划对常规硅钢材料涂层工艺进行改良，实现铁芯点胶粘接稳定量产。 公司坚持自主研发与创新，致力于高速级进模具、金属成形技术和铁芯产品电磁性能等领域的研究与开发，截至2025年6月30日，公司已经拥有授权发明专利和实用新型专利共80项。公司是高新技术企业，于2022年取得江苏省专精特新中小企业认证，并于2023年取得国家级专精特新“小巨人”企业认证，获得了国家工信部的工艺一条龙示范企业、江苏省质量服务信誉AAA级优秀企业、江苏省两化融合管理体系贯标试点企业、省级智能车间、无锡市瞪羚入库企业、江阴市重点骨干企业等荣誉。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
