Company Introduction 浙江三美化工股份有限公司始建于2001年，位于拥有温泉之城、养生圣地美誉的武义县胡处工业区（武义县新材料产业园），是一家专业从事氟化工产品研发、生产、销售的股份制民营企业。2019年4月2日，公司在上海证券交易所A股主板上市（股票代码：603379）。 公司拥有有机氟、无机氟两大系列产品。主要生产：无水氟化氢；制冷剂R134a、R125、R32、R22、R142b、R143a、混配制冷剂系列；发泡剂R141b等。目前，公司主要产品的产销量位居全国前列。产品销往世界六大洲，客户遍及100多个国家和地区，是国内外知名汽车、空调生产企业的冷媒供应商。 公司先后通过了ISO9001、IATF16949质量管理体系认证、ISO14001环境管理体系认证、ISO45001职业健康安全管理体系认证、ISO50001能源管理体系认证、DB33/T944浙江制造管理体系认证、汽车后市场产品认证、“浙江省清洁生产企业”审核验收，是安全标准化企业。为了提升安全管理水平，2012年开始，公司一直在推进杜邦安全管理项目，引入先进安全管理理念，努力实现员工的安全理念、安全行为从监督管理到自主管理的转变。 公司是中国石油和化工企业500强、中国石油和化工企业基础化学原料制造业百强、金华市工业十强企业、开放型经济十强企业，金华市首批“三名”培育企业、武义县最大规模工业企业，十多年来一直位列武义县纳税大户榜首。公司先后获得中国石油和化工优秀民营企业、中国质量诚信企业、浙江省AAA级纳税信用单位、浙江省守合同重信用单位、浙江省诚信企业、浙江省劳动保障诚信企业、浙江省节能先进单位、金华市诚信经营示范单位、金华市劳动模范集体等荣誉称号。公司拥有省级技术中心，40余项发明专利，多项研发产品分别荣获浙江省科学技术进步奖、浙江省科学技术成果登记证书、江苏省科学技术进步奖、武义县科学技术进步奖，也是10余项国家（行业）标准、浙江制造团体标准的主要起草单位。 三美股份发展的目标是成为全球领先的氟产品提供者，将始终坚持可持续发展战略，注重人才培养，不断在氟化工行业精耕细作、开拓创新，加大安全环保和产品研发投入，致力于打造国际一流的含氟制冷剂、发泡剂制造商，为市场提供品种丰富、性能优异的绿色低碳产品；依托氟化工产业优势，致力于含氟高纯电子化学品的研发与生产，为半导体、光伏产业提供稳定可靠的关键材料；加大含氟锂电材料、含氟高性能聚合物等新能源领域含氟新材料的研发与生产投入，不断延伸和丰富含氟产品产业链，为打造氟化工行业的全球化企业，创造一个更安全、更环保的环境而努力。
