Company Introduction 公司是由东宏有限整体变更设立的股份有限公司。2013年11月4日，经东宏有限股东会决议通过，同意东宏有限整体变更为股份有限公司，以经瑞华审计的截至2013年4月30日净资产人民币432,464,356.20元，按照1:0.342的比例折合成147,912,000股股份，剩余计入资本公积。2013年11月20日，瑞华对前述整体变更为股份有限公司事项出具了“瑞华验字[2013]第91110003号”《验资报告》。2013年12月9日，公司取得了济宁市工商行政管理局颁发的企业法人营业执照，注册号为370881200000823，注册资本14,791.20万元。公司自成立以来，一直从事各类塑料管道的研发、生产及销售，经过多年的发展，公司已经逐步成为国内塑料管道行业产品系列化，生产规模化，经营品牌化的实力企业之一。公司主要产品为PE钢丝管材管件，PE管材管件和涂塑管材管件等，主要应用于市政基础设施建设、燃气、工矿、化工、电力热力、居民住宅等领域，是南水北调、跨海工程、高速公路、高速铁路建设工程、民生饮用水工程、机场管网建设、输卤工程等重点工程建材的主要供应商之一。在各类塑料管道中，公司更专注于PE类塑料管道，尤其是公司的PE钢丝管材管件在同行业内处于技术优势地位，并具有较高的知名度及市场占有率。在大口径领域，公司已具备dn1,000mmPE钢丝管材管件的生产技术能力，并已将该系列产品成功应用于南水北调滕州段工程中。
