| Company Introduction | （一）基本情况 本公司由2003年改制设立的江苏大千景观工程有限公司变更而来，其前身最早可追溯至1988年设立的盐城市园林工程开发部。2011年6月，江苏大千景观工程有限公司依法整体变更为股份有限公司，公司现注册资本6,525万元。 公司立足江苏，辐射全国，稳健发展，是全国第一批获得城市园林绿化壹级资质的十家企业之一，也是目前国内少数同时具备城市园林绿化壹级资质、风景园林设计专项甲级资质的综合性园林工程服务企业之一。 （二）业务概况 本公司主营业务为园林景观工程的施工、设计以及园林苗木的生产与销售、园林养护以及生态景观的技术研发。 公司已经具备“园林研发——苗木生产——规划设计——工程施工——养护”一体化的综合服务实力，形成了大型公共园林工程、地产景观、企事业单位景观三大业务板块均衡、健康发展的态势。2013年至2016年1-6月，公司营业收入分别为5.03亿元、5.83亿元、5.26亿元和2.26亿元，归属于母公司所有者的净利润分别为4,567.82万元、6,089.63万元、6,028.66万元和2,701.23万元。 公司设立以来，抓住中国园林行业快速发展的时代机遇，取得了丰硕的成果。公司近年来承建了徐州市潘安湖生态湿地公园、扬中滨江生态湿地公园、徐州云龙湖珠山风景区、南京浦口新城江滩环境综合治理一期工程、南京青奥文化体育公园、宿迁三台山森林公园、万达广场（常州、芜湖、太原、济南）、华润置地苏州平门府、中粮2北纬28o项目三期、解放军后勤工程学院新校区、淮阴卷烟厂、徐州新城区道路景观等一大批在业内颇具影响的园林景观项目。 公司于2004年通过了ISO9001:2000质量管理体系认证，于2010年通过了ISO9001:2008质量管理体系认证，并已通过OHSAS18001:2007职业健康安全管理体系认证、ISO14001:2004 环境管理体系认证。公司多个项目荣获中国风景园林学会“优秀园林绿化工程奖”、“园冶杯”住宅景观奖、江苏省园林绿化优秀工程奖、北京市精品工程奖、北京市优质工程奖、南京市园林绿化工程“金陵杯”（市优质工程）、徐州市优质园林绿化工程等奖项，“大千”商标被江苏省工商行政管理局认定为江苏省著名商标。 公司扎根园林文化传统深厚的江苏大地，充分利用区域内的专业科教资源，已经拥有一支成熟稳定的核心员工队伍。截至2016年6月30日，公司员工中拥有高级职称的17名，中级职称的48名，中高级职称人数占员工总数18.2%；拥有园林相关专业二级以上执业资格的42名，大专以上学历的员工占员工总数的86.3%。公司具有15年以上园林行业从业经验的资深技术人员69人，占总人数的19.3%；一级注册建造师、一级注册结构师、一级注册建筑师、注册造价工程师、注册电气工程师等12人；同时，公司已将高管和业务骨干共41名发展成为公司股东，把核心员工个人利益与公司整体利益有机结合，为公司今后实现持续、稳定、快速发展提供了重要保证。 | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
