Company Introduction 重庆正川医药包装材料股份有限公司（以下简称公司或本公司）前身系1989年成立的重庆市江北县滩口玻璃厂，经济性质为个人合伙经济组织。公司以2013年1月31日为基准日，整体变更为股份有限公司，于2013年10月18日在重庆市工商行政管理局北碚区分局登记注册，总部位于重庆市北碚区。公司现持有统一社会信用代码为91500109203249834P营业执照。 正川股份专业从事药用玻璃管制瓶等药用包装材料的研发、生产和销售，是中国医药包装协会理事单位、全国包装标准化技术委员会玻璃容器分技术委员会会员单位。公司产品主要用于生物制剂、中药制剂、化学药制剂的水针、粉针、口服液等药品以及保健品的内包装，主要产品包括不同类型和规格的硼硅玻璃管制瓶、钠钙玻璃管制瓶等。 正川股份的下游行业为医药行业，其需求受经济周期影响不明显。随着生活水平的提高、社会老龄化程度的加深以及居民健康意识的不断增强，今后相当长的一段时期，我国医药制造业工业总产值将保持较快增长态势，与之相配套的医药包装行业也将随着技术的进步和产业的发展继续维持快速发展。公司自设立以来，经过近三十年的发展，公司已成为药用玻璃管制瓶细分行业的龙头企业之一。截至2016年末，公司拥有超过600台制瓶机，年产药用玻璃管制瓶超54亿只、药用瓶盖超15亿只，是行业内规模最大的药用玻璃管制瓶生产企业之一。公司一贯重视药用包装材料的研发投入，并已建立较为完善的技术创新体系，截至2016年12月31日，公司取得专利技术26项，其中发明专利1项。在不断的研发过程中，公司培养了一批优秀的行业技术人才，使公司拥有强大的人才储备和持续的创新动力。凭借种类齐全的系列产品、可靠的产品质量、完善的配套服务、数十年稳健发展积累的良好口碑和优良的商业信誉，公司已与全国超过三百家医药企业建立了长期友好的合作关系，其中包括国药集团、广药集团、中国生物技术集团、扬子江药业集团、云南白药集团、哈药集团、无限极（中国）有限公司、复星医药集团等多家大中型医药集团。
