Company Introduction 2014年5月28日，深圳导向、谢朋村、喻辉洁共同签署《深圳市必易微电子有限公司章程》，以货币方式出资设立必易微有限，注册资本500.0000万元，其中：深圳导向以货币认缴出资250.0000万元，谢朋村以货币认缴出资100.0000万元，喻辉洁以货币认缴出资150.0000万元。2014年5月29日，必易微有限取得了深圳市市场监督管理局核发的《企业法人营业执照》（注册号为440301109463092）。 2020年7月14日，必易微有限召开股东会，审议通过有限公司整体变更设立股份公司的议案，同意以截至2020年5月31日经审计的账面净资产13,898.8214万元作为折股基数，按照2.7798:1的折股比例，折合5,000万股，折股后剩余净资产8,898.8214万元作为股份公司的资本公积。同日，必易微有限全体股东签署《发起人协议》。 2020年7月31日，公司取得深圳市市场监督管理局核发的《营业执照》（统一社会信用代码：91440300306137800F）。 公司是一家模拟及数模混合集成电路设计企业，主营业务为电源管理芯片和电机驱动控制芯片的研发和销售。借助于严格的质量管理体系和产业资源优势，公司为客户提供完整优异的系统解决方案。 通过持续的创新和积累，目前公司在产的电源管理芯片和电机驱动控制芯片规格型号共超过600个，产品广泛运用于LED照明、通用电源、家电及IoT电源领域，已成为主要的全方案电源管理芯片供应商。其中，公司在LED照明领域已与国内外知名企业如得邦照明、飞利浦、佛山照明、凯耀照明、朗德万斯、雷士照明、立达信、木林森、欧普照明和阳光照明等建立了长期合作关系；公司在通用电源管理领域实现了产品性能升级，已服务的终端客户主要包括帝闻、坤兴、努比亚、欧陆通、天宝和紫米等；公司在家电及IoT电源领域已与知名企业如奥马、海尔、九阳、美的、苏泊尔、小米和小熊等开展合作。 公司始终坚持“独特创新、易于使用”的研发理念，高度重视产品创新和知识产权保护。凭借先进的研发成果及深厚的技术积累，公司先后取得了“国家高新技术企业”“深圳市高新技术企业”“深圳半导体协会理事单位”“浙江半导体协会理事单位”“厦门集成电路协会会员单位”“中国电源学会理事单位”“ISO9001认证”多项荣誉及资质认证。 科技改善生活。公司尊重人才、重用人才，在电源管理和电机驱动控制领域精耕细作，创新芯领域，引领芯发展，力争成为卓越且受尊重的芯片设计企业。
