Company Introduction 嘉兴蓝特光学有限公司系由嘉兴蓝特光学镀膜厂改制而来，由蓝特镀膜厂徐云明、杨仁贵、周福珍、周炳良等四位股东以蓝特镀膜厂净资产出资设立，注册资本380万元，其中徐云明、杨仁贵、周福珍、周炳良分别出资95万元。2003年9月4日，嘉兴市工商局核准了公司设立。2003年9月4日，嘉兴市工商局核发了注册号为3304112101052的《企业法人营业执照》。 2011年3月8日，嘉兴蓝特召开股东会，审议同意嘉兴蓝特以2011年2月28日为基准日整体变更为股份公司。2011年3月27日，嘉兴蓝特全体股东签署《发起人协议》，同意全体股东共同作为发起人，在嘉兴蓝特的基础上，采取有限责任公司整体变更为股份有限的方式变更设立蓝特光学。2011年5月6日，经嘉兴市工商局核准，嘉兴蓝特整体变更为蓝特光学。 2019年12月17日，蓝特光学召开股东大会审议通过：每10股送红股14.20股（含税），每10股以资本公积转增32.60股，每10股派发现金红利10元（含税），送股及转增后的股本增加至360,680,000股。2019年12月18日，嘉兴市工商局核准了公司此次工商变更。 公司的主营业务为光学元件的研发、生产和销售。自设立以来，公司始终坚持在设计研发、工艺水平上为客户开发具有竞争力的多品类、高性价比的定制化产品，同时提供稳定可靠的量产保障。公司在精密玻璃光学元件加工方面具备突出的竞争优势和自主创新能力，在玻璃光学元件冷加工、玻璃非球面透镜热模压、高精密模具设计制造、中大尺寸超薄玻璃晶圆精密加工等领域具有多项自主研发的核心技术成果。公司在光学元件的多个细分领域，凭借优秀的研发设计与生产能力，满足了下游知名客户较高工艺指标要求和严格的供应商筛选标准，已成为AMS集团、康宁集团、麦格纳集团、舜宇集团等国内外知名企业的优质合作伙伴，产品已被广泛应用于苹果、华为等众多知名企业的终端产品。基于多年的技术积累和经验沉淀，公司形成了包括光学棱镜制造、光学玻璃非球面透镜热模压成型、与半导体制造工艺相结合的高精密光学晶圆制造等领域的多项核心技术，建立了符合IATF16949、ISO9001和ISO14001等标准要求的严格高效的生产质量控制体系，形成了光学棱镜、玻璃非球面透镜、玻璃晶圆及汽车后视镜等四大产品系列，并根据客户的差异化需求演化出上千种产品，广泛应用于智能手机、AR/VR、短焦距投影等消费类电子产品、半导体加工、车载镜头以及高端望远镜、激光器等光学仪器领域。
