Company Introduction 天津久日新材料股份有限公司成立于1998年，注册资金11122.68万元，总资产40.92亿元，专注于光引发剂、单体等光固化材料，光刻胶、光敏剂及半导体产业所涉及的电子化学材料的研发、生产和销售，是上海证券交易所科创板上市公司（股票简称：久日新材，股票代码：688199.SH）。 公司总部设有现代化研发中心，建有“国家级企业技术中心”“国家级博士后科研工作站”与“天津市光引发剂技术工程中心”，拥有强大的技术实力和科研力量，并与南开大学成立“南开大学—久日新材联合研究院”，为公司持续创新及科技成果转化提供了有力支持。公司产品均为自主研发，截至2023年6月30日，公司及其子公司拥有多项专利及非专利技术，其中发明专利94项、实用新型专利53项，公司主持2项、参与7项行业标准的编制（光引发剂行业共11项）。 公司承担了多个国家级和省部级重点项目，获得过国家重点新产品、中国专利优秀奖、天津市专利金奖、天津市科技进步奖、天津市著名商标、天津市专精特新产品等多项荣誉，公司还被认定为国家高新技术企业、全国制造业单项冠军示范企业、国家级服务型制造示范企业、国家专精特新小巨人企业、国家知识产权优势企业、天津市战略性新兴产业领军企业等称号。 公司拥有多家子公司，包括山东久日、湖南久日、内蒙古久日、久瑞翔和、久源技术、香港久日、久日半导体、大晶信息、大晶新材等。其中，湖南久日、内蒙古久日、山东久日为光固化材料生产基地，久日半导体、大晶信息、大晶新材分别为公司在光刻胶、光敏剂及半导体产业所涉及的电子化学材料的研发平台、生产基地。 公司着眼于全球化经营发展战略，制定了以“光固化产业为核心、半导体产业为重点”的产业发展方向，并持续推进公司在半导体电子化学材料领域的战略性布局。2020年公司收购大晶信息、大晶新材，投资参股微芯新材，开始进军光刻胶及其核心原材料产业。2021年投资创立半导体电子化学材料研发平台天津久日半导体材料有限公司，并购了科利生物、晶虹生物，全面展开光刻胶、光敏剂及半导体产业所涉及的电子化学材料的研发与生产。
