Company Introduction 芯朋微电子( Chipown)是一家专注于功率半 导体研发的高科技企业，公司成立于2005年,总部位于江苏无锡,并在苏州、上海、 深圳、中山、珠海、厦门、青岛设有研发中心和客户支持机构。主要产品线包括模拟数字架构的AC-DC、DC-DC、 Driver IC及Power Discretes等，为家电、充电&适配器、智能电网、通信、服务器、光储充、工业电机、工控设备和汽车等众多行业TOP企业提供“PowerSemi Total Solution" ,年出货超十亿颗芯片,建立了被数千家客户信赖的品牌优势。公司是上交所科创板的第一家高压电源芯片设计企业，股票简称:芯朋微,股票代码: 688508。 公司具有国内领先的研发实力,特别在高低压集成半导体技术方面更是拥有业内领先的研发团队。公司在国内创先开发成功并量产了700V单片高低压集成开关电源芯片、1500V/1700V高低压集成开关电源芯片、零瓦待机高低压集成开关电源芯片、1200V半桥驱动芯片、200V SOl MOS/LIGBT集成驱动芯片、100V CMOS/L DMOS集成驱动芯片等产品,均获得国家/省部级科技奖励和国家重点新产品认定。公司拥有博上后企业工作站和由中国工程院院士领衔的江苏省功率集成电路.工程技术中心。公司核心研发团队中大部分工程师拥有硕士及以上学位,并有多名博士主持项目的开发。公司建立了科技创新和知识产权管理的规范体系,在模拟电路和数字电路设计、功率半导体器件及工艺集成设计、可靠性设计、功率器件模型、功率封装设计等方面积累了众多核心技术,拥有近百项国际、国内发明专利,通过知识产权管理体系认证, 2012年取得江苏省知识产权管理规范化示范单位"荣誉称号。 公司是国家鼓励的重点集成电路设计企业、国税总局认定的国家重点规划内IC设计企业,科技部认定的高新技术企业,“中国电源学会“常务理事单位,江苏省民营科技企业,江苏省创新型企业,承担并完成了多项国家的科研开发任务项目,参与多项国家技术标准的起草制定,得到包括国家技术发明二等奖在内的各级政府嘉奖和支持,并在各类行业评比中多次获得奖项。公司具有完备的ISO9001质星体系认证, ISO22301业务连续性管理体系认证.
