Company Introduction 西安瑞联新材料股份有限公司成立于1999年，由卓世合伙、国富投资等投资机构及公司中高级管理人员等共同持股。公司是一家专注于研发、生产和销售专用有机新材料的高新技术企业，主要产品包括单体液晶、OLED材料、创新药中间体，用于OLED终端材料、混合液晶、原料药的生产，产品的终端应用领域包括OLED显示、TFT-LCD显示和医药制剂。 公司形成了以西安总部为行政研发中心，渭南海泰为主要中试基地、蒲城海泰为核心生产基地、瑞联制药为原料药生产基地、日本瑞联为医药业务市场开拓基地、大荔瑞联和大荔海泰为产能储备基地的“一中心多基地”架构体系。全职员工1700余人，可以提供从小试研发、中试放大至产业化生产的一站式服务。位于西安高新技术开发区的“省级企业技术中心”拥有70间标准实验室，200多套高端检测设备以及400多名研发技术人员。研发投入达到营业收入的7%以上，现拥有2800余种化合物生产技术以及80项授权专利。生产基地拥有40多条生产线，可以进行酰化反应、格氏偶联反应、Suzuki偶联反应、氢化反应、Wittig反应、氢同位素取代反应等上百种化学反应，依托ERP系统管理平台，执行6S现场管理和SOP作业标准程序，可以稳定生产上千吨产品，满足了客户对产业化的要求。 公司是国内OLED前端材料领域的主要企业之一，经过多年与Idemitsu、Dupont、Merck等全球前列OLED终端材料厂商的紧密合作，公司已经成为国内极少数能实现OLED材料规模化生产的企业，产品实现了对发光层材料、通用层材料的全覆盖；公司是国际前列的单体液晶研发、生产企业，单体液晶的制备技术已达到全球先进水平，是全球优秀企业Merck和JNC的战略供应商，凭借与优秀企业的合作经验及技术积累，与国内主要混晶厂商八亿时空、江苏和成、诚志永华均建立了长期稳定的合作关系；公司凭借在显示材料领域积累的丰富化学合成、纯化、痕量分析及量产体系等方面的技术经验，将技术应用延伸至医药中间体领域，成功开拓了医药CMO/CDMO业务，瑞联制药原料药项目一期车间已建成，瑞联制药已取得《药品生产许可证》，正在申请相关产品的GMP符合性检查，力争早日打通“中间体+原料药”一体化的CDMO产业链。 未来，公司将坚定实施聚焦于OLED材料和医药CDMO业务两大核心主赛道的多元化发展战略，继续秉持开放、融合、创新、发展的经营理念，坚持以为客户创造价值为导向，积极开拓新产品、新客户、新领域，致力于成为国际前列的综合性、多层次的平台型企业，为人类提供健康化学、绿色化学、多彩化学。
