Company Introduction 孚能科技是全球动力电池术发展的引领者，新源汽车系统整体技术方案的提供商，也是高性能动力电池系统生产。公司自成立以来一直专注于新能源车用锂离子动力电池及整系统的研发、生产和销售，并为新能源汽车整企业提供动力电池整体解决方案，目前已成为全球三元软包动力电池的领军企业之一。 公司创始人YUWANG博士和Keith博士均为全球锂离子电池行业资深科学家，深度参与全球锂离子电池行业的研发和产业化过程。其中，YUWANG 博士为国家“千人计划”人才、江西“赣鄱英才555工程”领军人才；Keith博士曾为美国阿贡国家实验室的博士后以及资深科学家，曾任PolyStorCorporation的研发高级总监及科学家。 公司作为业内最早确立以三元化学体系及软包动力电池结构为动力电池研发和产业化方向的企业之一，在市场方向把握和技术路线判断方面体现出较强的前瞻性。2002年，YUWANG博士和Keith博士创立美国孚能并开始从事动力电池产品的试制和研发；2009年，孚能科技设立，创始团队开始从事动力电池的产业化及大规模生产工艺的研发；2016年以来，随着国内新能源汽车销量的增长，孚能科技进入快速发展阶段。根据GGII数据，2017年和2018年，公司动力电池装机量分别为0.99GWh和1.90GWh，保持了较快的增速。 公司创始人拥有超过20年的行业积累，公司创始人及其带领的团队拥有17年的产品试制和生产经验。公司研发团队长期与全球锂离子动力电池行业科研院所、知名企业、顶尖专家展开战略合作，合作单位包括美国阿贡国家实验室、美国伯克利劳伦斯国家实验室、伯克利大学、斯坦福大学、巴斯夫、杜邦、3M公司等，合作专家包括全球最具影响力的锂离子动力电池行业顶尖专家MichaelM.Thackeray、JeffDahn等。通过整合全球锂离子动力电池领域的创新资源，公司的技术能力始终保持国际领先水平。 公司核心产品三元软包动力电池性能优异，具有能量密度高、安全性能好、循环寿命长、充电速度快、温度适应性强等优势，公司已经开始量产能量密度285Wh/kg的电芯产品，产品性能处于行业领先水平。截至2018年末，公司已为超过10万辆新能源汽车提供产品和服务，积累了丰富的产品量产和实践应用经验。公司产品出货量2017年排名全国第六，全球第十；2018年排名全国第五，全球第九。公司产品装机量2017年排名全国第七，2018年排名全国第五。在软包动力电池领域，公司产品出货量和装机量2017年、2018年连续两年排名均为全球第三，全国第一。 公司产品广受市场认可，客户涵盖国内外主流整车企业。2016年，公司与北汽新能源正式达成战略合作，开始批量供货；2019年，双方深化合作，签署 未来五年《中长期战略合作协议》。2018年末，公司与戴姆勒、北京奔驰分别签署了合作协议，确定了长期合作关系，成为其动力电池供应商。公司其他客 户包括广汽、长城、吉利、一汽、江铃、长安等国内知名整车企业，同时正在拓展大众、奥迪、保时捷、通用、雷诺、日产、本田、奇瑞、东风等国内外一 线整车企业客户。 公司致力于成为全球顶级新能源汽车动力电池供应商，目前，公司在江西省赣州市、美国硅谷、德国斯图加特均设立了研发团队，并在江西省赣州市、江苏省镇江市（建设中）设立了生产基地。未来5年，公司计划在境内、欧洲和美国逐步建立生产基地，以更好的把握全球动力电池市场快速增长的机遇，完善公司的产业布局，逐步发展成为全球领先的动力电池企业。
